Simon works with clients in a variety of ways, depending of the best fit for the project and the client. Sometimes this means working directly with a client to lead and manage all aspects of the project. At other times, he is acts as a technical advisor on the project board, or as a coach and advisor, being called upon as required.
Simon also works directly with larger companies on behalf of his clients, providing specialist skills such as Project Management, Information Architecture or Search Engine Optimisation.
