Vadodaria cosmetic surgery wanted a website for their dimple creation service.

A key aspect of the project was search engine optimisation to ensure a high position in organic search results, and so a strategy was put in place to ensure good results on an ongoing basis.

Chesterfield Royal Hospital

Chesterfield Royal hospital wanted a new website design, template and navigation system to improve the usability and visual appeal of the site. Working with Zedcore/HealtheWeb, Infobo provided the information architecture for the project, writing the design proposal, creating the wireframes and revising the navigational structure.

Infobo also project managed the development, using a PRINCE2 environment. The new design was launched ahead of schedule and on budget.

Online Credit Card facility for Prospect

A project redeveloping the online credit card facility for Prospect. The payment method was changing for a group of the 120,000 member organisation, where a more complex banding payment mechanism was coming in. The code was developed using PHP and SagePay, and was delivered on time and to budget.

Milk Kan

Milk Kan, the London based band who have had top ten hits with songs like 'God with an iPod' wanted to improve their email communication with their fan base.

Infobo provided advice on the best way of using bulk email, and set up a web based emailing system for them. They already had a large presence on social networking media, so we built a simple home page linking these sites and hosting the mailing list system.

Blang Records

Blang Records required a new website with an eCommerce facility and a content management system so that they could manage, update and create pages themselves.

Using the Joomla! open source content management system removed any need to pay licence fees while providing a powerful way of managing the website themselves.

The website also features a fully integrated mailing lists system, RSS feeds, image and music video gallery that can all be administered in house. We also provided consultancy on the best way of using email marketing.

Unionlearn Climbing Frame

Senior technical advisor on a project to create an online learner management system. This involved developing the project plan, recommending a realistic budget and overseeing the development of the requirements specification. Advised on the tendering process and appointment of the digital design agency, with regular reviews of the development process.

The project was run in a PRINCE2 project management environment, and Simon was the senior technical advisor on the project board.

The website was delivered on time and budget, and the feedback has been very positive.
